      We are looking for an enthusiastic and pro-active Brand Ambassador with excellent communication and networking skills to be the face and voice of Alexandre Comptabilité Specialisé Ltée brand “activcount”. As a successful candidate, you will be involved in increasing brand awareness and sales by promoting our services through various channels.

      Previous experience as a brand ambassador or similar role is strongly desired, as well as knowledge of sales and marketing principles.

      Qualifications and Experience

      • Enrolled in or graduated from a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field;
      • Prior experience in a customer service environment;
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

      Bookkeeper Assistant

      To handle the details of a company’s financial transactions, keep accurate records and ensure that payments are processed. Typical tasks include processing invoices, preparing tax remittance forms, and making bank deposits using Internet Banking. Work is supervised by an accountant. Entry level job; involves multitasking, administrative tasks, and interactions with customers and vendors.

      The position is for one day a week, preferably Wednesday.


      We are looking for goal-driven and work-oriented individual with a minimum of one (1) year of experience performing bookkeeper duties. Experienced in performing all aspects of day-to-day bookkeeping such as A/R, A/P, journal entries, tax remittances, and accounts reconciliations. The successful candidate will be familiar with payroll, provincial and federal remittances, and possess confident knowledge of Simply Accounting (Sage50) software.

      Qualifications and Experience

      • 1+ years of accounting experience
      • Completion of a recognized accounting/bookkeeping program or diploma
      • Strong knowledge of current accounting software and Microsoft Office
      • Superior communication skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritize and multi-task

      Income Tax Assistance – Volunteer Program 2019 |Service d’aide en impôt – Programme des bénévoles

      In 2019, as a part of the Community Volunteer Income Tax Program, Alexandre Compabilité Spécialisé Ltée hosted remote free tax clinics where volunteers prepared tax returns for eligible people.

      A free tax clinic is a place where eligible people who have a modest income and a simple tax situation can go to get their tax returns done for free.

      2019 was a milestone for both Community Volunteer Income Tax Program and Alexandre Comptabilité Spécialisé Ltée; the first one turned 30, and the second one was incorporated as sole proprietorship practice established in 2004 has grown to a recognizable community member.

      For the first time in its history of the practice, Alexandre Comptabilité Spécialisé Ltée registered for, organized, recruited volunteers, and operated a free tax clinic for individuals living in Ottawa-Gatineau region.

      As a result, many individuals remained eligible for various social assistance programs, such as education aid or social support, to name a few.
